Steps for Site Managers

 Step 1

Identify one or two people in your group to be site manager(s) and point(s) of contact for Texas county Extension agent.

 Step 2

Plan with Extension agent to set specific dates about 2 to 3 months before Kick-Off for:

Form sub-groups, if necessary, (Note: site managers may choose to manage alone) to plan and implement:

Tell the county Extension agent the number of team packets you think will be needed for your organization.

If you have no Extension agent, you may print the forms, assemble your own team packets and do Walk Across Texas anyway; you may instruct team captains to enter information on the website http://walkacrosstexas.tamu.edu. All of the needed forms may be printed from http://walkacrosstexas.tamu.edu.
