How do I delete my account and start over?

 

A Team Member should contact their Team Captain. The Team Captain can delete your registration.

 

If you are a Solo Walker or a Team Captain, there is an option on your profile page to delete your registration. Log into the system, click the "MY ACCOUNT" tab, then select YES for the "DELETE THIS ACCOUNT" option. When you SAVE the form, your account will be deleted.

 

Please contact us if you have any problems by submitting a support ticket.

 

In the support ticket, please use your account email address and include your team name if necessary.
